Join FITR to help online fitness coaches scale their businesses. You will bridge the gap between customer experience and commercial growth, initially optimizing support infrastructure and AI workflows before transitioning into a high-impact success role. What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable customer resources, including a revamped Help Centre, product demos, and AI-powered support workflows to drive user autonomy.
  • Proactively identify at-risk coaches through health monitoring and intervention strategies to minimize churn and maximize platform adoption.
  • Execute commercial growth initiatives by running educational webinars, performing product demos, and identifying expansion opportunities for coaches to unlock more value.

Who this is a fit for

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support with a proven track record of handling complex customer situations.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a commercial mindset, capable of translating product features into business growth for our coaching clients.
  • Proactive "ownership energy" with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where you take initiative without needing a script.
