What you'll do
What you will do
- Design and implement scalable customer resources, including a revamped Help Centre, product demos, and AI-powered support workflows to drive user autonomy.
- Proactively identify at-risk coaches through health monitoring and intervention strategies to minimize churn and maximize platform adoption.
- Execute commercial growth initiatives by running educational webinars, performing product demos, and identifying expansion opportunities for coaches to unlock more value.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support with a proven track record of handling complex customer situations.
- Exceptional written communication skills and a commercial mindset, capable of translating product features into business growth for our coaching clients.
- Proactive "ownership energy" with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where you take initiative without needing a script.
