The goal is to build the most immersive kind of entertainment ever, and democratize creation beyond the usual suspects (Hollywood and AAA gaming studios).

What you will do
- Transform the Discord server into a retention engine through strategic onboarding, events, and programming that builds a deep user loop.
- Build an organic growth engine on Reddit from scratch by creating authentic content that resonates with narrative gaming and RPG communities.
- Synthesize player and creator feedback into actionable insights for the product team, ensuring the AI director evolves based on community needs.
Who this is a fit for
- 3–5+ years of experience in community or organic growth for consumer entertainment products, with a proven track record of owning outcomes.
- Authentic passion for RPGs, interactive fiction, or narrative writing, allowing you to engage as a genuine member of the community.
- Experienced builder who has started a subreddit, Discord server, or newsletter from nothing and successfully tied activity to retention and acquisition metrics.
