Community Lead - DTC Operator at Judge.me

Lead and scale a thriving community for one of the world's most widely used product review platforms. You will bridge the gap between product and operators, hosting events and creating expert content for nearly 700,000 global merchants. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a true e-commerce insider.

• Scale and deepen engagement within the merchant community, converting casual members into active contributors and brand advocates through thoughtful moderation and strategy.
• Serve as the on-camera face of the brand, hosting regular video content, live sessions, and podcasts to establish a credible voice for e-commerce operators.
• Organize and execute end-to-end community initiatives, including virtual webinars and real-world merchant meetups in Shoreditch and beyond to drive momentum.

• Has at least 6 years of experience, ideally as a former DTC store operator with a deep understanding of day-to-day e-commerce pain points.
• Possesses exceptional confidence on camera and in public speaking, with a proven ability to host sessions and facilitate meaningful community discussions.
• Demonstrates a builder’s mindset, capable of setting community strategy while personally delivering content, managing logistics, and tracking engagement metrics with precision.
