This role bridges strategy and execution, requiring you to craft original B2B content, design visual assets, and engage communities. What you'll do

What you will do

  • Plan and produce multi-platform content ranging from long-form LinkedIn thought leadership to reactive TikTok videos and motion graphics for various client accounts.
  • Own the entire creative process by designing polished visual assets in Figma or Canva and writing copy that matches distinct brand voices.
  • Monitor industry news cycles to identify real-time engagement opportunities and manage community interactions to build meaningful relationships with B2B audiences.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in an agency or in-house role managing social media strategy and execution specifically for B2B brands.
  • Possesses strong hands-on design skills and the ability to produce high-quality short-form video content without needing support from a dedicated designer.
  • Demonstrates exceptional copywriting versatility, with the ability to switch between different professional registers and tones for multiple clients simultaneously.
