Content Strategist at Trust Fund

Partner directly with founder Sophia Amoruso to run a high-impact content engine end-to-end. You will own strategy, scripting, and distribution across all social channels, transforming raw ideas into high-performing short-form video. This is a role for a strategic operator who understands creator-led brands and can manage production cycles from brief to final cut.

• Script and produce native short-form video content for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, focusing on high-performing hooks and Sophia’s unique voice.
• Orchestrate the entire distribution operation, including Manychat comment-to-DM flows, community engagement, and detailed weekly analytics reporting to refine future strategy.
• Direct a roster of freelance editors by providing clear creative briefs and managing rigorous revision rounds to ensure every piece of content meets world-class standards.

• Demonstrated experience managing the personal audience of a high-profile creator or founder, with tangible proof of growing channels across multiple social platforms.
• Native fluency in short-form video trends, including the ability to write compelling scripts and hooks that resonate specifically within the startup ecosystem.
• Superior aesthetic judgment and editorial management skills, capable of briefing creatives and providing feedback that elevates the final product’s quality and performance.
