What you will do
- Design and implement the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement strategies for Reacher’s TikTok Shop creator community.
- Create rituals and systems such as events and group activations that maintain high creator motivation and retention within the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the brand partnerships team to execute high-performing creator-brand campaigns and share creator insights with internal product teams.
