What you will do
- Orchestrate five growth pillars including Audience Insight, Journey Optimization, Performance Marketing, Brand/PR/Partnerships, and Social/Community Amplification.
- Manage and optimize an $18M+ multi-channel budget across Meta, Google, and TikTok while leading a high-velocity, data-driven Creative Factory.
- Translate deep patient insights and clinical outcomes into a cohesive brand strategy that drives organic word-of-mouth and long-term adherence.
Who this is a fit for
- 7–12+ years of full-stack marketing experience with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar performance budgets at a scaling DTC brand.
- At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams of 5-10+ people across performance, brand, creative, and communications.
