You will own Strala’s end-to-end events program, transitioning between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. By managing everything from intimate executive dinners to major industry conferences, you will build the trust necessary to navigate long enterprise sales cycles. This role is pivotal in converting high-stakes conversations into a robust pipeline for our growing team.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute an annual events strategy that balances third-party conferences with owned formats like roundtables and executive dinners.
  • Partner closely with the sales team on pre-event targeting and post-event outreach to ensure every interaction drives meaningful pipeline progression.
  • Manage the entire event lifecycle end-to-end, including vendor negotiations, on-site logistics, content production, and detailed performance reporting against pipeline indicators.

Who this is a fit for

  • 4-7 years of experience in event or field marketing, specifically within B2B enterprise software, fintech, or the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of managing event budgets and strategies independently, with a focus on pipeline generation rather than just attendance metrics.
