- Build the complete CS infrastructure including onboarding flows, health scoring, and renewal playbooks within HubSpot to scale the department.
- Own a diverse portfolio of brand accounts, driving product adoption and closing the gap between platform features and client value.
- Act as a strategic advisor to brands, providing expert opinions on influencer campaign strategy and creator selection to ensure measurable client success.
