As the first growth marketing hire at this well-funded AI startup, you will build the entire demand generation engine from scratch. Owning everything from paid channels and creator programs to lifecycle and pSEO, you’ll transform a product with exceptional retention into a known market leader while reporting directly to the founding team.

What you will do
- Architect and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across paid social, search, affiliate networks, and programmatic SEO.
- Own the full creative lifecycle, writing copy and scripts while managing a high-volume production engine for hundreds of monthly assets.
- Establish robust measurement systems, including server-side tracking and attribution, to optimize for an honest fully-loaded CAC.
