With a 10,000-user San Francisco beta and a staggering 80% success rate in turning introductions into real-world dates, they are looking for a Founding Growth Operator to lead their expansion. This is a rare chance for a hands-on prosumer growth veteran to own the growth engine from zero to one. Working alongside Stanford dropout founders and alumni from Uber and Apple, you’ll define how millions of people find meaningful connections.

What you will do
- Design and execute end-to-end growth experiments across acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and viral loops to drive user adoption.
- Build the company’s analytics foundation and community engagement strategy to foster a high-quality user base during the national launch.
- Partner directly with the founders to translate deep voice AI insights into compelling content and product-led growth initiatives.
