What you will do
- Design and maintain the master tracking plan and event schema, ensuring every measurement supports business questions for the next 12 months.
- Write engineering-grade specifications for transformation logic and pipeline definitions, personally performing SQL-based QA on all engineering output before shipping.
- Build reliable marketing attribution and product funnel analytics across the patient app, pharmacy SaaS, and private medicine offerings.

- Has 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics, including a tenure as the senior analytics lead in a scaling company.
- Proven expertise in building tracking plans from scratch and managing attribution under GDPR within regulated verticals like health or fintech.
