As the first Growth Marketer, you will build a demand generation engine from the ground up for a cutting-edge AI creative platform. You’ll own paid and organic channels, running end-to-end experiments to scale acquisition and improve conversion. Working directly with founders, you’ll turn data into repeatable growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

- Scale paid acquisition across search and social while driving organic growth through SEO, lifecycle marketing, and content.
- Design and execute end-to-end experiments for new audiences, messaging, and landing pages to optimize CAC and payback.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering to build a robust growth engine and manage budgets against aggressive targets.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 3+ years of experience in growth or demand generation with a track record of hitting measurable acquisition targets.
- Possesses hands-on expertise managing significant budgets on Google and Meta ads and is fluent in marketing analytics.
- Leverages generative AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in their daily workflow to accelerate output and iterate quickly.
