As the founding marketing hire, you will build Recall.ai’s growth engine from scratch. You’ll reverse-engineer social algorithms and create high-impact content to capture the attention of a developer audience. Working directly with the founders in San Francisco, you’ll own the strategy and execution to scale their already impressive market presence to new heights.

Recall.ai provides a universal API and SDKs to capture recordings, transcripts, and metadata from video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack Huddles, Cisco Webex, GoTo Meeting, and in-person meetings. It offers meeting bot APIs, desktop and mobile recording SDKs that record without bots joining calls, calendar integration, storage, and playback, enabling developers to build AI products on conversation data with high security, compliance, and scalability. Over 3000 companies use it to process millions of hours of meeting data.

  • Reverse engineer algorithms for social and community platforms to ensure Recall.ai content reaches the top 0.01% of industry eyeballs.
  • Create and distribute high-signal content tailored for developer audiences and enterprise leaders to drive product-led growth.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders to identify and scale new growth channels from zero to one across the B2B tech landscape.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 3-7 years of professional marketing experience, ideally as a former founder or the first marketing hire at a Seed to Series B startup.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of B2B technology, developer-focused marketing, and the mechanics of product-led growth infrastructure.
  • Thrives in high-ambiguity environments and prefers hands-on building and creative experimentation over following traditional corporate marketing playbooks.
