What you'll do
What you will do
- Build and optimize complex automated lifecycle flows in Customer.io to convert ticket buyers into active, high-performing fundraisers through Email and SMS.
- Manage and scale profitable Meta/Instagram ad campaigns across Tier 1 markets like the UK, Germany, and the US to drive user acquisition.
- Architect and analyze growth funnels using tools like Raisely, Stripe, and Filament to identify drop-off points and implement data-backed experiments.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 2-5 years of hands-on growth experience with a proven track record of moving core business metrics through lifecycle marketing and paid social.
- Deep technical proficiency in CRM/ESP tools like Customer.io or Klaviyo and professional-grade mastery of Meta Ads Manager and funnel analytics.
- A self-starter mindset comfortable in early-stage environments who defaults to action and possesses the analytical skills to diagnose multi-market conversion trends.
