As the first growth hire at this fast-scaling AI startup, you will literally own how the world discovers the product. You will build the demand generation engine from scratch, leveraging advanced SEO, AEO, and complex automations to solve the broken sales admin stack while working directly alongside the founding team.

What you will do

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy from the ground up to drive high-intent pipeline
  • Build and manage sophisticated automation workflows to scale outreach and lead capture without increasing headcount
  • Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives to ensure the product dominates search and AI-driven discovery
