What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, build backlog, and operational rhythm for a team of five specialists using the Braze platform.
  • Build an AI-native CRM function using Claude for high-velocity personalization, content intelligence, and sophisticated customer journeys ahead of the market.
  • Partner with Finance and Compliance to optimize activation and cross-sell triggers aligned with cohort economics and FCA Consumer Duty standards.
