What you will do
- Navigate the complex PPBE cycle and programming mechanics to transform field capabilities into validated requirements, execution-year dollars, and recurring out-year lines.
- Own the complete artifact chain for DoD, IC, and law enforcement customers, including the development of POM/IPL, UFRs, and reprogramming packages.
- Utilize non-FAR acquisition channels such as OTAs and CRADAs to clear blocks and move funding on an accelerated schedule across multiple national security partners.

- You have personally taken at least one defense capability from no requirement or vehicle to on-contract, expansion, and a programmed out-year line of record.
- You possess granular command of government resourcing logic, including specific expertise in appropriations, account mechanics, and federal execution-year reprogramming.
- You have significant experience in government or at a high-growth defense industry firm where you successfully navigated the acquisition machinery for the Intelligence Community or DoD.
