What you will do
- Own the full growth P&L, managing acquisition, retention, LTV, and CAC targets with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Scale the DTC Shopify engine through high-velocity creative testing, CRO, and managing external agencies for paid media and CRM.
- Develop and execute a robust subscription and retention strategy to drive long-term customer value in the premium CPG category.
