Head of Growth at Cosmic Dealer

Are you ready to build a growth engine from scratch for the most exciting clean chocolate brand on the planet? This London-based hybrid role offers £80k-£90k plus equity and a direct line to the founder. As the first senior growth hire, you’ll own the full P&L and hire your own team within the first year. We’re looking for a scrappy DTC expert with 5-8 years of experience who can turn award-winning wellness products into a global powerhouse. Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the full growth P&L, managing acquisition, retention, LTV, and CAC targets with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Scale the DTC Shopify engine through high-velocity creative testing, CRO, and managing external agencies for paid media and CRM.
  • Develop and execute a robust subscription and retention strategy to drive long-term customer value in the premium CPG category.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a high-velocity DTC or CPG brand with proven scaling success.
  • Deep technical expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Instagram ad accounts, combined with a strong eye for creative hooks and messaging.
  • Scrappy, operator-led mindset that prioritizes shipping experiments and high-velocity testing over long-term strategic decks or abstract planning.
