Role overview

As the first GTM hire, you will build Glauc’s commercial engine from the ground up. Reporting to the founder, you’ll manage early client relationships, design revenue models, and execute the strategic company launch. This founding role is critical for establishing product-market fit and scaling a generational diagnostic technology from pre-revenue to launch.

Glauc is the first test to detect disease with just a smartphone photo of your eye.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy, from identifying early adopters to closing the first strategic partnerships and revenue-generating contracts.
  • Design and iterate on pricing, packaging, and revenue models by working hands-on with early clients to ensure mutual value-add.
  • Strategically orchestrate the public launch of the company to establish product-market fit and build the foundations for long-term growth.

Who this is a fit for

  • Demonstrated experience building growth and GTM functions from scratch at pre-seed through Series A startups, ideally in regulated spaces.
  • Deep background in health-tech, digital health, longevity, or wellness, with a clear understanding of how healthcare buyers make purchasing decisions.
