  • Refine PDF Expert’s value proposition and competitive positioning using deep user research, market insights, and rigorous data-driven analysis.
  • Own the conversion and activation roadmap across all platforms, optimizing the user journey to increase lifetime value through rapid experimentation.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies for new product launches, collaborating closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Customer Insights teams.
