What you will do
- Build and optimize AI-powered Outreach sequences using tools like Artisan, Claude, and HubSpot to personalize high-volume engagement and quality messaging.
- Own the end-to-end pipeline generation process for inbound leads, field events, and AI-sourced accounts to secure qualified sales meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to provide actionable feedback on lead conversion and refine the overall go-to-market feedback loop.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 1–3 years of proven experience in sales development, inside sales, or growth marketing with a consistent track record of quota attainment.
- Possesses exceptional written communication skills and a deep curiosity for how AI tools can enhance human persuasion and outreach quality.
- Is highly proficient with GTM technology stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, and emerging AI prospecting platforms like Clay or Artisan.
