What you will do
- Support end-to-end global payroll processes for seven countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation and timely statutory reporting.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll spend and ensure employee benefits are accurately aligned with providers.
- Assist in implementing new payroll systems and optimizing existing workflows to support Thought Machine’s rapid international expansion.
