What you will do
- Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive high-quality B2B leads.
- Lead the creative learning agenda by writing briefs for UGC creators and in-house designers to produce performance-driven content.
- Execute full-funnel strategies, from brand awareness to retargeting, while translating complex data into actionable growth insights.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company or specialized agency.
- Professional proficiency in German (B2+) with a proven track record of writing high-converting copy for the DACH market.
- Deep expertise in paid search/social platforms and analytical tools like Google Analytics or Motion to drive CPA/CVR improvements.
