What you will do

  • Conduct intensive outbound B2B sales activities, including cold-calling and prospecting Polish real estate agency owners to build a robust sales pipeline from zero.
  • Present Realadvisor.com’s innovative lead-generation platform to key decision-makers, demonstrating how the subscription service delivers qualified property seller leads directly to their door.
  • Partner closely with the Poland Country Manager to refine market-specific strategies and grow recurring revenue by securing long-term partnerships with leading real estate agencies.

Who this is a fit for

  • Native-level Polish speaker with exceptional communication skills, possessing the cultural nuance and professional vocabulary required to negotiate with real estate agency owners in Poland.
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to prospect independently, overcome objections, and consistently close deals in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the self-discipline to excel in a remote, freelance role where success is measured by results rather than hours worked.
