Senior Demand Planning & Automation Manager at Wearewild

You will own the monthly S&OP cycle for one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups, translating retail and DTC data into high-accuracy forecasts. Beyond traditional planning, you will leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual workflows, building a tech-forward supply chain engine that supports rapid global expansion across the UK, US, and Europe.

• Lead the full monthly S&OP cycle, reconciling bottom-up retail EPOS data and DTC inputs against top-down financial targets to identify volume-value opportunities.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automated reporting tools to surface trends and anomalies faster than traditional manual methods.
• Proactively manage stock risks, aged inventory, and product lifecycle transitions to ensure zero gaps in demand signals during rapid SKU rotations.

• Proven background in retail demand planning within FMCG or consumer goods, with experience translating account-level insights into operational plans.
• Technically proficient in manipulating complex datasets using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced Excel, with a deep interest in applying AI to logistics.
• Exceptional communicator capable of synthesising complex data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
