VP of Brand & Communications at Redesign Health

Redesign Health is looking for a VP of Brand & Communications to join their NYC-based team as the first dedicated marketing leader. This is a rare opportunity to build a global brand function from scratch for a powerhouse venture studio that has raised $1.5B and launched over 60 healthcare companies. If you are a strategic storyteller with experience in venture capital or high-growth startups and a passion for AI-native workflows, this role offers the chance to shape the narrative of healthcare innovation on a global stage.   • Own the global brand identity and messaging architecture, ensuring high-caliber consistency across all digital channels, events, and partner interactions.
  • Drive market leadership by positioning Redesign Health as the authoritative voice in healthcare AI through high-quality strategic content and media relations.
  • Support portfolio company success by amplifying their milestones and providing guidance on navigating critical communication moments using AI-powered tools.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years leading brand and communications strategy within a high-growth startup or venture capital firm.
  • Proven track record of building functions from the ground up, moving seamlessly between hands-on execution and high-level strategic storytelling.
  • Global mindset with experience managing brands across multiple international markets and a drive to proactively leverage AI as a force multiplier.
