What you will do
- Deliver high-impact personalized coaching and group sessions to apprentices, guiding them toward successful program completion and technical mastery.
- Partner with manager-level stakeholders at client organizations to conduct progress reviews and ensure AI skills are translated into business outcomes.
- Utilize generative AI tools and internal data to track learner health, implementing proactive interventions to ensure every apprentice stays on track.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 3 years of professional experience using data to drive business decisions and a high level of proficiency with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Proven experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching professionals in a commercial or academic setting with exceptional on-camera communication skills.
- A passion for applied learning and the ability to build immediate credibility with learners through professional experience and domain expertise.
