Their mission is to make smarter payments accessible to small, offline businesses by combining cutting-edge payment technology with industry expertise.

What you will do

  • Execute high-impact cross-functional projects and implement scalable operational processes to drive financial and organizational decision-making.
  • Identify organizational inefficiencies and leverage AI-powered automation to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize payment activity costs.
  • Partner with leadership and the sales/success teams to resolve complex challenges and generate data-driven insights through modeling.

Who this is a fit for

  • Join a $22M Series A fintech at an inflection point, moving beyond accounts receivable to build a comprehensive money-movement stack for a global market.
  • Operate at the cutting edge of AI, using tools like Cursor and custom MCPs to automate workflows and accelerate execution faster than traditional ops teams.
