What you will do
- Own the financial operating rhythm, including the financial model, budget vs. actuals tracking, and investor-grade board packs.
- Design and execute the systems for compliance and people operations to ensure a seamless experience as the company scales.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tooling into internal workflows to maintain a lean, high-velocity operational team.
