What you will do
- Manage text-based clinical communication through a CRM, providing expert guidance on treatment expectations, side effects, and medication management within your nursing scope.
- Perform standardized behavioral-health assessments—including PHQ-9, GAD-7, and C-SSRS—and implement suicide-risk escalation protocols when necessary to ensure patient safety.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and administrative tasks across EHR and CRM platforms to ensure a seamless end-to-end care experience for every individual.
Who this is a fit for
- Must hold an active, unencumbered compact/multistate (eNLC) RN license with primary residence in a compact state and reside within the United States.
- Brings 1-2+ years of clinical nursing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in mental health, psychiatry, telehealth, or high-volume care coordination.
- Demonstrates exceptional written communication skills and the technical fluency to manage multiple platforms like Kustomer, Zendesk, or Dr. Chrono simultaneously.
