As Deployment Strategist, you will bridge the gap between Fleetcraft’s AI technology and real-world aviation operations. You will own the entire rollout process, spending 30-40% of your time on-site at global maintenance facilities. You’ll translate complex hangar requirements into actionable product priorities, ensuring our software becomes mission-critical for technicians and executives alike.
Deployment Strategist at Fleetcraft
Fleetcraft is transforming aerospace maintenance through AI, and we're looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead the charge on the hangar floor. Backed by Susa Ventures and Liquid 2 VC—early investors in Anduril—you’ll join a mission-driven team digitizing high-compliance aviation workflows. This high-ownership role offers the unique chance to bridge the gap between advanced AI engineering and global airline operations, involving significant international travel and meaningful early-stage equity. If you’re a structured, technically fluent leader ready to deploy mission-critical systems at scale, help us build the infrastructure for the next generation of aircraft.

- Develop and scale repeatable deployment playbooks that bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and frontline aviation stakeholders.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record of building deployment playbooks from scratch in complex, regulated, or industrial environments like vertical SaaS or industrial software.
- Exceptional domain learning velocity with the ability to navigate both technical software discussions and high-level commercial strategy with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel globally 30-40% of the time to work hands-on with customers in maintenance, repair, and manufacturing facilities.
Why this role is remarkable
