What you will do
- Design and run a comprehensive case management program, ensuring high-risk members receive the right care in the most effective setting.
- Oversee medical service vendors and networks, holding partners accountable to clinical quality and member outcomes rather than administrative convenience.
- Integrate claims, pharmacy, and clinic data into a practical identification model for early intervention and measurable employer-facing value.
Who this is a fit for
- Active advanced clinical licensure (NP, PA, or equivalent) with 7-10 years of progressive healthcare experience, including 5+ years in health plan leadership.
- Proven success scaling clinical operations and managing external vendor partnerships to drive both clinical and financial results.
