What you will do
- Own 7 to 10 client engagements end-to-end using the BRAVE framework, moving from initial blueprinting to standing up and tuning live AI systems.
- Develop and deploy automated voice agents, lead follow-up systems, and back-office integrations using n8n, Retell, and custom Pipedrive MCP brains.
- Train client staff and write robust SOPs and QA loops to ensure AI systems provide long-term value and survive staff turnover.
Who this is a fit for
- 4+ years in marketing or revenue operations with a track record of shipping production automations or AI agents used daily by non-technical teams.
- Technical mastery of n8n, Make, or Zapier, including branching logic and API integrations, alongside working fluency in LLM prompting and structured outputs.
- High-level operator judgment to manage client expectations, handle pushback, and determine when AI output meets the high standards required for field service brands.
