What you will do
- Build and manage end-to-end hiring pipelines to grow the team from 9 to over 30 technical specialists.
- Establish and own all financial, legal, and vendor operations systems from scratch to support rapid scaling.
- Coordinate partner relationships and manage product releases, serving as the primary operational partner to the CEO.
