What you will do
- Manage a book of business, taking customers from their first interaction to long-term, high-value expansion.
- Design and implement scalable delivery systems, operational playbooks, and automated workflows to ensure customer success.
- Act as the voice of the customer, working directly with product and leadership to influence the roadmap based on manual experimentation.
