What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end hiring journey by sourcing, screening, and defining the gold standard for talent as the team scales.
- Solve critical operational bottlenecks across marketing, RevOps, finance, and legal to ensure seamless business execution.
- Manage high-impact special projects including international expansion, investor relations, and organizing exclusive industry events and offsites.
