You will lead the creation of a programmatic acquisition engine for a well-funded group modernizing traditional service industries through technology. Responsible for the full deal lifecycle—from proprietary sourcing and building founder relationships to due diligence and closing—you will play a pivotal role in scaling a diverse portfolio of legacy businesses into high-margin operations.

• Source and develop long-term relationships with business owners of small-to-mid-sized legacy firms to build a consistent deal pipeline.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of transactions, including financial modeling, rigorous due diligence, complex negotiations, and final closing processes.
• Establish the internal operational framework and team structure required to manage a high volume of strategic acquisitions successfully.

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing multiple deals, ideally within a search fund, private equity, or corporate M&A environment.
• Deep expertise in analyzing messy SMB financials and the interpersonal skills to earn the trust of long-term business founders.
• Resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and manage multifaceted transaction workstreams independently.
