What you will do

  • Serve as a force multiplier to the CEO, managing special projects, fundraising support, hiring, and board preparation.
  • Establish and manage complex clinical billing rails, including Medicare enrollment, HIPAA compliance, and SOC 2 workflows.
  • Build the reporting backbone to track outcomes and lead data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.
