What you will do
- Execute continuous financial forecasting and strategic budgeting to reconcile performance with aggressive hiring, fundraising, and international growth targets.
- Lead comprehensive international operations including entity administration, complex tax compliance, global insurance, and visa requirements for a globally traveling engineering team.
- Manage the full people-operations lifecycle, from scaling the sourcing engine for top-tier talent to overseeing payroll, compensation structures, and contractual legalities.
