We pair frontier AI with a purpose-built, high-throughput lab to run discovery as a closed loop: the AI proposes candidate materials, the lab synthesizes and tests them, and the results flow back to sharpen the next round of predictions. What you will do
- Operate a suite of advanced instruments including thin film deposition systems, high-vacuum hardware, XRD, and SEM for material characterization.
- Execute synthesis and characterization experiments, managing the end-to-end flow of results back to the AI model for iterative learning.
- Maintain laboratory operations by drafting SOPs, managing inventory, and ensuring safety protocols are followed in a high-throughput environment.
