- Lead the full production lifecycle for the podcast, including on-set multicam shooting, high-end editing in Resolve/Premiere, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Manage the operational cadence by overseeing the guest pipeline, conducting research, and ensuring seamless publishing across social media, newsletters, and YouTube.
- Translate long-form episodes into viral short-form clips and social content, maintaining a high bar for technical execution and visual storytelling.
