What you will do
- Manage office and industrial facilities, coordinating with service providers for maintenance, safety, and site improvements as the company expands its footprint.
- Execute end-to-end purchasing for technical and administrative needs, including IT equipment provisioning and comprehensive onboarding logistics for all new hires.
- Provide executive support through complex calendar management and travel coordination, while tracking expenses and reconciling invoices against departmental budget lines.

- Has 3-5+ years of experience in office management or operations, ideally within a fast-paced startup or SME environment requiring high autonomy.
