What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer queries and time-sensitive tasks across phone, email, and chat, owning every issue through to a successful resolution.
- Identify manual inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement automation or AI solutions to ensure the operation scales without increasing headcount.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to ensure customer feedback is central to new feature launches and business strategy.
