What you'll do

What you will do

Design and optimize scalable workflows for onboarding, compliance, and payout operations using AI-assisted tools and no-code systems.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams by translating customer pain points into product improvements and platform requirements.
Manage complex financial and platform operations, including data reconciliation between the platform and payment processors to ensure reliability.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

Proactive and entrepreneurial operator comfortable navigating Django-based admin panels, CRMs, and relational data structures without needing to code.
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you must regularly switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Exceptional communicator capable of managing relationships with charities and strategic partners while maintaining technical curiosity for system optimization.
