What you will do
- Design and optimize no-code automations and internal tooling to scale onboarding, compliance, and payout workflows for charities and partners.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating user feedback and platform bugs into actionable product improvements and prioritizations.
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including platform reconciliation and payout reliability, while resolving high-level customer support and operational edge cases.
