What you will do
- Write detailed technical specifications and manage offshore/distributed vendors directly to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Perform hands-on code and diff reviews, settling technical disputes with engineering judgment rather than escalating issues.
- Reject padded estimates and hold vendors accountable for billing and quality, ensuring progress is measured by working software shipped.
Who this is a fit for
