What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex simulation environments, translating enterprise customer requirements into concrete build targets and technical roadmaps.
- Partner with research and engineering leads to prioritize builds based on model behavior analysis, reward design, and identified quality gaps.
- Build and maintain automated QA tooling and review workflows to uphold objective quality standards for simulation tasks and environment diversity.
