What you will do

Lead the quarterly goal-setting process (OKRs), defining priorities with team leads and tracking critical business metrics to ensure alignment.
Support debt and equity fundraising efforts by building sophisticated financial models, managing data rooms, and drafting investor communications.
Design and deliver actionable performance reporting for investors and leadership, translating complex operational data into strategic business insights.

Who this is a fit for

Possesses 5+ years of experience in high-stakes environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fintech operations.
Demonstrates advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Looker to drive data-driven decision-making.
