What you will do
- Build and productise scalable GLP-1 protocols into clear decision trees and product requirements for a Silicon Valley calibre engineering team.
- Lead day-to-day clinical operations across 50+ prescribing pharmacists and medics, owning the rora, capacity planning, and staffing.
- Drive clinical throughput by owning SLAs and performance KPIs while maintaining painfully high safety and audit standards.
Who this is a fit for
- GPhC registered Pharmacist or GP with an Independent Prescriber qualification and deep experience in regulated telehealth environments.
- Proven track record of operationalising clinical protocols and using data to manage large-scale prescriber team output and quality.
