What you will do
- Onboard and coach new Meister partners, guiding them through their first months of business growth and digital transformation.
- Analyze partner performance and design automated workflows using tools like Attio and Make to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate field insights into AI-driven features and scalable data models.
Who this is a fit for
- 3-5 years of experience in high-growth tech operations, consulting, or venture capital, preferably within SaaS or field operations.
- Native-level fluency in German is essential for communicating with business owners, paired with professional English for internal collaboration.
